English Lab 2024-25: Segundo Trimestre
Grupo Infantil: Descubrindo o mundo a través do xogo
This term at English Lab, we have been learning through play! Both in Infant and Primary levels, the kids have enjoyed activities full of creativity, movement, and lots of fun.
Early Education Group: Discovering the world through play
The little ones learned body parts in a very special way: with interactive songs like 'Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes' and by creating their own characters, cutting out and pasting each body part.
Valentine's Day also arrived in Infant with beautiful postcards full of hearts and sweet words in English. In addition, we worked on family vocabulary through games like 'Who's missing?', where they had to guess which family memberwas missing in the sequence of images.
Finally, colors came to life on the classroom's touch screen, where the little ones practiced their names in English by coloring with their fingers and playing 'I spy with my little eye…'.
A term full of adventures, creativity, and learning in English! Are you ready for the next one?
Primary Group: Learning with flavor, laughter and imagination
In Primary, we have become real chefs while exploring food and recipe vocabulary. With memory games, students matched images with English words and created fun recipes.
The classic 'broken telephone' and 'guess who' games brought us plenty of laughs while practicing pronunciation and vocabulary. Speaking of family, we designed our own family trees in English, decorating them with drawings and photos.
In February, love and joy filled the classroom with our Valentine's Day activities, where we created cards with secret messages in English. And for Carnival, students came up with their most original costumes and guessed their classmates' disguises through clues.
